Mitti Ke Bartan Jaldi Kyun Toot Te Hain? 3 Ghaltiyan Jo Aapko Aaj Hi Chhorni Hain!

Mitti ke bartan (Clay cookware) mein khana banana sehat aur zaiqe dono ke liye behtareen hai. Lekin aksar log shikayat karte hain ke unka mitti ka bartan ya handi jaldi chatakh (crack) jati hai ya toot jati hai.

Mitti ke bartan aam steel ya non-stick bartano ki tarah nahi hote; inhein thodi si samajh aur hifazat ki zaroorat hoti hai. Agar aap chahte hain ke aapki DYZ Clay Handi aur Karahi saalon saal chale, to aapko ye 3 Zaroori Hidayat yaad rakhni hongi:

1. Garam Bartan Mein Thanda Paani Hargiz Na Dalein

Jab aap mitti ke bartan mein khana paka rahe hote hain, to mitti ke particles garm hokar phaile hue hote hain. Is dauran agar aap us mein achanak thanda paani daal dein, to mitti ka temperature tezi se girta hai.

  • Nuksan: Is achanak tabdeeli ko mitti bardasht nahi kar paati aur bartan andar se crack ho jata hai.

  • Sahi Tarika: Agar pakate waqt salan mein paani kam ho jaye, to hamesha neem-garam (warm) paani shamil karein. Ur Jab temprature normal hu jay tu phir isy wash kary. 

2. Choolhe Se Utaar Kar Thandi Jagah Par Na Rakhein

Khana pakane ke baad aksar khawateen handi ko seedha kitchen ki marble shelf, tile, ya farash par rakh deti hain. Garm mitti jab thanday marble ya farash ko touch karti hai, to isay Thermal Shock lagta hai.

  • Nuksan: Bartan ka penda (bottom) foran toot sakta hai ya us mein barik cracks aa jate hain jo baad mein bartan ko leak kar dete hain.

  • Sahi Tarika: Kitchen shelf par hamesha koi lakdi (wooden stand) ya DYZ Clay stainless steel stand  rakhein aur uske upar garm handi utarein. Jab temprature normal hu jay tu phir kae be rakh sakhty ha.

3. Tezz Aanch (High Flame) Par Pakanay Se Parhez Karein

Mitti ek natural insulator hai, jo garmi ko dheere dheere jazb karti hai aur der tak garm rehti hai. Isay tezi se garm karne ki zaroorat nahi hoti.

  • Nuksan: Tej aanch par pakanay se khana neche lag jata hai aur mitti par direct heat barhne se bartan kamzor ho kar toot jata hai.

  • Sahi Tarika: Hamesha halki se darmiyani aanch (low to medium flame) par pakayein. Mitti ke bartan mein halki aanch par paka khana hi asli zaiqa aur sondhi khushbu deta hai.


Khulasa (Conclusion):

Mitti ke bartan koi aam bartan nahi hain, ye ek ehsaas aur sehatmand zindagi ka hissa hain. Agar aap in 3 baaton ka khayal rakhenge, to DYZ Clay ke premium bartan aapke kitchen ki shaan hamesha barqarar rakhenge.
