HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER PLACED ONLINE?

 After dyzclay.com approves your order, you will receive an order confirmation message. A shipment confirmation message will be sent when the merchandise has left our fulfillment center. Track your shipment through the UPS website using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We encourage our valued customers to make well-informed decisions before completing their purchase at the checkout. Our team is committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your item upon receipt, and we take great pride in our quick and efficient order processing.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Consumer Services team at 92-302-2545-000 as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. In cases where an order cannot be canceled, we offer a flexible return policy that allows for item exchanges or refunds within 2 weeks of purchase. TO WHAT LOCATIONS DOES DYZCLAY.COM SHIP?

Our company provides nationwide shipping services within Pakistan. As of now, we are not catering to international B2C orders.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all credit cards when issued from a Pakistan banking institution. We also allow Cash-on-delivery.

WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPING, AND WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within three business days of the order's approval. With the exception of holidays, orders placed after 1:00 PM PKT usually ship in 48 hours. Please refer to your shipment confirmation message for delivery details. Our fulfillment center does not process orders on national holidays.
 All orders are subject to credit approval before they can be fulfilled.
 All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed by lecreuset.com. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact UPS with the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
