Caring for Clay Products:
- Cleaning: Clay products should be cleaned regularly to prevent the buildup of dirt and residue. Use warm water and a mild detergent to clean them. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers, as they can damage the clay's surface.
- Drying: After cleaning, allow clay products to air dry thoroughly before storing them. Do not use excessive heat or direct sunlight to speed up the drying process, as this can cause cracking.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes: Clay is sensitive to extreme temperature changes. Do not expose clay products to rapid temperature fluctuations, such as moving them from the freezer to a hot oven or from a hot stove to cold water, as this can cause thermal shock and lead to cracks or breakage.
- Storing: Store clay products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If possible, use soft cloth or paper towels to separate stacked clay items to prevent scratching.
- Glazed vs. unglazed: Some clay products are glazed to enhance their appearance and make them more resistant to staining. If your clay product is glazed, make sure to follow the manufacturer's care instructions. Unglazed clay products may require more careful handling, as they are porous and can absorb liquids and odors.
Using Clay Cookware:
- Seasoning: Before using clay cookware for the first time, it's often recommended to season it. This involves after washing your Pot/ Wok Boil 1 or 0.5ltr Milk in it.
- Low to medium heat: Clay cookware is excellent for slow, even cooking. Avoid using high heat settings, as this can cause the clay to crack. Start with low to medium heat and don't increase the heat above medium high.
- Preheating: Always preheat clay cookware gradually to prevent thermal shock. Place it in a cold oven and then turn on the heat. Similarly, when using it on a stovetop, start with a low flame and gradually increase the heat.
- Cooking with liquid: When cooking with liquids, such as soups or stews, be sure to keep the pot partially covered to allow steam to escape. This prevents pressure buildup that can cause cracking.
- Wooden or silicone utensils: Use wooden or silicone utensils in clay cookware to prevent scratching the surface.
- Avoid metal utensils: Avoid using metal utensils, as they can scratch and damage the clay's surface, especially in unglazed clay cookware.
- Cleaning: After cooking, allow clay cookware to cool before cleaning. Clean it with warm water and a mild detergent, using a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid harsh abrasives or metal scrubbers.

After dyzclay.com approves your order, you will receive an order confirmation message. A shipment confirmation message will be sent when the merchandise has left our fulfillment center. Returns
We don't accept any return of order which is received by the customer and opened because there's a high chance for clay product to get broken during 2nd delivery or way back to our warehouse.
Replacements
We do replace the products of customers who received a broken product during delivery or got a product that has some broken chirps inside the parcel or has gotten major defect in the product.
We don't replace the products that have few marks or decoloration our them.
For replacement of your parcel Whatsapp us at +92-3022545000 with the pictures and 30sec video of your damaged product, complete address, city, contact number, and full name.
You will get your replacement within 2 weeks of your complain. For pots/woks, we will only send you the pot without handles and lid as your replacement. The defective pieces you don't have to send them back you can just keep them.
Refunds (if applicable)
Processing Refunds can take a period of 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our Whatsapp number.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Missing Items:
If you have ordered several items and you haven't recieved some of them and you have paid the complete amount contact us on Whatsapp to know the reason. If the reason is SOLD OUT, then we will ask you to wait to get it stocked for 15 or 30 days. If you don't want a product anymore and want your money back ask for a refund. (Note: Refund will take 30 days to process)
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your non-fragile product, you should mail your product to: DYZ Clay workshop & office, Opposite Ittfaq Garden, Suigas Road, Gujranwala.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
